COVID-19 Test Cancellation and Refund Policie-EN

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will not be eligible of ANY refund.

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding cancellation and refund policies.


Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call our customer services or email us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 72 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.


Cancellations policies
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time.

Please be advised that there will be ZERO refund if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment time.

If you would like to cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment time, you will be subject to a penalty of 50% charge of examination fee, and the rest of examination fee will be refunded.

If you would like to cancel your appointment 72 hours prior to your appointment time, you will be charged of $30 cancellation fee, and the rest of the examination fee will be refunded.

Please note that given the current volumes, if your refund request is being reviewed by one of our customer service agents, please note that it can take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

About Impact of uncontrollable factors 

JC Health aims to provide a turnaround time of 36 hours for the COVID PCR and serology tests to our customers but please note that this is not a guarantee.

PCR and serology tests are complex laboratory processes where there are many factors that are beyond our control.

JC Health is not responsible for the consequences, such as a missed flight, of a late-arriving/missing report due to prolonged laboratory turnaround times, or other unforeseen factors (e.g. contaminated samples, traffic accidents, natural disasters ). We will not issue refund under circumstances mentioned above.

In the event that your report does not come out on time, please contact our customer service to follow up with your report. JC Health will work to obtain your report as soon as possible.
